● Clean, safe, without disease and has longer shelf life than general fresh egg.
● Can be cooked food, both Thai and international dessert same as fresh egg or any food not require too hard boiled-egg such as Japanese sukiyaki, shabu etc. or on-top in various Korean/ Japanese’s menus, including drinks and other cocktails.
